    My doctor recommened, and said many doctors recommend. This book is fantastic and shock. Who knew that the “fat-free evaporated milk” as much sugar as a treat!? I still think that “diet” recipes that matured say, “by replacing sugar with honey, chopped dates, of banana “- means” mature “than the degradation of starch into sugar, and” natural sugar is still sugar! The authors also help us to understand this evil, or simply false, even well-intentioned “diet” recipes. As I walk through the first chapter of the book I thought WOW why no regime has worked for me, or was it so hard, or I have lost weight and then gained it back. I am also thinking of fudge sauce over the slices of fruit and nuts excited every night. I feel so good, this is a diet!? But it works, it’s funny and the last in the health / nutrition information. In addition, since CARB two low and low in fat, it is easy to make a living program. Rating: 5 / 5

Diet: No Sugar, No Fat & Luscious It’s not often I get hit by “new impressional”, but only one major television news, one part of the show was the book review that I am and I was impressed and ordered two copies. After receiving the books, I tried one of the books, and it was bad. I quickly returned to the work of others, and wished that I had both returned. All they had to say in a line of text was great, cocoa and sugar free Splenda. . . End of story Rating: 1 / 5

    I was really excited to order this book, but I found it very realistic to live the real world. The information sometimes seems difficult to follow and the recipes were a big disappointment. Now I understand why I could not find this book in bookstores. It looked even published. Rating: 2 / 5

    Is disappointed that there are not many recipes chocolate desert. I find it hard because I also thought, and a chocolate diet that I found the cookbook for me. This is a good cookbook is not enough (barely) of chocolate. Rating: 3 / 5
